To save cash, I have subscribed to The Dollar Stretcher's newsletter. The website and of course newsletter are free. I suggest checking the website out at the very least because you can get a LOT of great ideas on how to save money.
Now to generate cash, I have a variety of sources. This blog is one of them. Blogger allows a person to hook up their blog to their Google Adsense account. Google Adsense is great because it's free to sign up and put on your website/blog/whatever. I have Adsense on this blog and also on my Zlio online store. Zlio is also another great resource for making money from nothing because again, it's free to sign up. Finally, I'm also a member of Cash Crate. Now I usually don't recommend signing up to websites that pay you to fill out surveys. However, Cash Crate is very reputable. But just like a lot of pay-for-survey sites, the big money is in referrals.
Now most people think that just because you sign up for sites like these, you are automatically rich. This is not the case. You have to do quite a bit of self-promotion. If you are are on the internet a lot like me, then this will be relatively easy. Just join a few chat groups and put your promotional banner in your signature, or on your blog or your website and just have fun posting or blogging away. However, if you're not a big internet user, this will be a bit of a challenge. Do your research, check out my links and decide for yourself what is right for you.
